[Rq-rules] Wonky animal SIZ

What about this :
   
  -Roll 1d10 :
   
  1 :
  SIZ = 2d3+28
  2 :
  SIZ = 1d3+36
  3 :
  SIZ = 1d3+39
  4-10 :
  SIZ = 1d3+42
   
  Average = 32+38+41+(7*44)/10 = 41.9

creature, and I need it to have a SIZ ranging from 30-45, 
with 42 being the average.
Only problem is, *I* can't seem to figure out what 
combination of dice are required to generate this range.
Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated.
