A DB might be a significant leap in complexity and from my POW it's also
an unnecessary one. I would use XML and XSLT for this type of work. Have
a look at http://www.andargor.com for examples of how the d20 SRD has
been converted to XML files. Something similar could easily be done for
various types of RQ data.
