Five days per point, or about the time it would take
for a properly treated injury to heal to the extent
that the victim could return to normal activities. 
Obviously complete healing takes longer, but it is a
sufficiently balanced penalty for game purposes.

The EA part of the character sheet is subdivided into
years, months, and days (y, m, d for space reasons). 
It must work well because we have not had any PCs age
more than a year from this effect - natural aging is
relentless enough!
