[Rq-rules] Paralyzation and other unusual medical problems

I couldn't agree more. I very much enjoyed playing a character who hand 
his leg amputated below the knee, without immediate access to healing 
magic. Not  because it made for an obvious quest hook (to find some 
magic to regrow it, of course), but because it really made me think 
about my own legs in a way I hadn't before. It was a challenge, and I'm 
glad to have experienced it without actually having to have experienced 
it for real.
