I also believe that Dodge has no effect. Neither does the Arrow Cutting skill out of the "Land of the Ninja" supplement. To balance this, I rule that Sureshot doesn't give any skill checks and can be affected by Ki version the Arrow Cutting skill (also out of "Land of the Ninja"). David
