[Rq-rules] Mongoose Open Licence and SRD

Hi All

The mongoose site doesn't say much (other than mail Matthew) re the SRD
and Open Licence. Any ideas what these look like or do we have to wait
till the site is updated. By the way, what is a SRD? (From menton here I
assume it's a free download of core rules)
