RQ: AiG is unpublished and therefore doesn't get a
number.

Slayers had nothing to do with the game RQ and whilst
it is an interesting game it is own right, has never
been considered an intrinsic part of RQ discussion
groups afiak.

(and yes, I have read both RQ: AiG and RQ Slayers)

Ergo, I'm sticking with describing Mongoose's
publication as RQ IV.
