There is also the "Personality Factors" from the NPC Record Form from
the Griffin Mountain reprint, I can't remember if these were in the
Griffin Island supplement.
You could also import Traits and Passions from Pendragon.
For either option though you would have to figure out the Cult or
Cultural norms for the Clan/Tribe/Region.
