Just a follow up here - I went to merp.com yesterday. (Couldn't access
form work as they appear to have blocked all rpg sites). Anyway, it would
appear that tolkein enterprises (they who make stacks of cash off of
publishing JRR Tolkeins laundry lists inter alia) demanded they remove the
modules from their dowlonads page. From reading the ICE history on
rpg.net, sounds like they also made ICE destroy all stock of the modules
when they went under.
