[Rq-rules] thoughts onAPP

It IS potentially enormously complex, and I've had a lot fun just 
analyzing it and that's why I shared the three distinct dice model I 
came up with. Not as something to actually play, but as a theoretical 
exploration possibly to shed light on what we're trying to model here.
