[Rq-rules] Ken Murphy's Elementals document...

Hi!

Ken was posting stuff about Elementals on November 4 2003. There were 
discussions on the subject taking place from October 27 and forward for 
about three weeks after that.

I can't find that Ken has posted anything since December 2005.
