You have no idea just how much that made laugh.
I cannot see Strike Ranks in ordinary movement, even in a combat round.
When you are ready to leave a scene, you do it. But in game terms, there
has to be some sort of rules to cover things. In my games, I used highest
DEX when just moving in combat...
