[Rq-rules] A few tidbits.

I am not sure of the policy with attachments, so I am attempting to send 
this small file.

My players were complaining today about the way the character sheets do not 
allow room for all the pluses to skills from the base score, culture, 
professions, and tohe 100 points.  So I took the liberty of making a small 
two page spread just for that.

it has the PDF version.

Hope it will be of some use to someone...
