Precisely. Its all about maneuvering.

If you are static, from whatever reason, you are dog meat. All you can do is
switch to full defense and maybe last a few more seconds... but they'll get
you in the end. Even if you can out-maneuver multiple opponents for a while,
eventually they'll hound you to submission once your endurance breaks.

I think there are some issues with representing this well in RQ or
