It was actually the whole series of Praxian spirits they published in Tales 
14 to 16 that got me into the idea, along with the various Trollish spirit 
cults in Troll Gods

Thats a good point, I think you could go for gifts ( humakt, yelm style 
etc ) though, some are quite low powered and if you attached geasa or taboos 
to them it'd balance out nicely.
