Do you remember the time when the author/designer just
disappeared off the list without warning? It was for
over a month.. Absolute classic that one, a real door
prize.

Yeah, the playtest experience could have been better.
Attention to what the playtesters were saying could
have generated a better game, much quicker and with
much less effort.
