[Rq-rules] Balastors Barracks

As some of you may know, my RQ collection and experience is firmly set in
RQ III. However, I keep on hearing of Balastors Barracks. Is this
something that would be a real asset to my collection? I suppose I am
opening myself up for huge opinion variations here, so to try and be more
specific: My group tens to run advnetures on our own world, so what
published material we do use tends to be of a generic kind, that can
easily be slotted into a place.
