The only problem I had with RQ3 strike ranks is
that they made keeping track of SR among NPCs
problematic because they interwove movement with
it; this could be something of a problem with
RQ2, but RQ3 made it worse. When I'm attacking a
group with 10 bandits, trying to remember who
moved how much for each of them is a pain in the behind.
