I would say it depends on your timeline and how oriental you want it to
be. The further east you go, the better possibility to lever in some nice
bits out fo Land of Ninja. How about Babylon, or if later on, Alexandria
or Constantinople? Earlier, hmm, Rhodes? Syracusai ir prob a bit too far
west and isolated. Pre Punic war Carhage? Or maybe, damn I forget the
citues name, on Crete.
