[Rq-rules] New Sorcery Spell

I don't really understand this. Is this RQ3 or some sort of homebrew? I
can't actually figure out what it does or what things like "school
abjuration" means in relation to a RQ sorcery system. As far as I can figure
out it's a triggered spell that activates when some sort of attack occurs
however, for example, if someone targets me with a 6 Intensity spell while
I'm under the benefit of an Anti (Magic) spell with Intensity 5 then it
appears to be the case that there is some sort of Intensity*3 vs Intensity
of the incoming spell battle. Presumably this uses the Resistance table.
All very strange.
